My name is Jessica Mary Alma, named after my grandmothers whom I adore.

My work is my life’s purpose, and I have devoted many years to formal training to expand my skills , personal evolution is vital in my world. I remain curious and am constantly learning. From a very young age I have lived with a deep knowing that I wish to help the earth and humankind in some way.

As a small girl I watched my father suffer with conditions Drs couldn't explain and I wanted to find a way to help. I was driven by a deep desire to understand pain and illness. After delving into Naturopathic studies at Southern Cross University for a year  I changed my mind and decided to travel instead. So in 2004 I took the plunge into the unknown and I departed Australia on a one-way ticket into the world hoping to have my questions about the human experience answered, After 4 years I found my way back home with new eyes and I feel blessed to have lived and adventured in so many magnificent places and experienced many different ways of life at such a young age as it changed the way I perceive life and what we are here for. Continuing to study, practice the work and travel until 2013 when I became a mother, and began my inner pilgrimage of the motherhood unfolding..which became the greatest adventure of my life. Never ceasing my studies as the questions kept unfolding, and squeezing my further education in between parenting duties, My work is still evolving, I expect until the day I die... I shall remain endlessly inquisitive, all I have learnt fuses together with my intuition and experience. My passion is working with fascia, the stories and experiences we hold in our system , and the innate intelligence that knows how to restore health. I have learnt, and believe with all my heart that When we traverse the world within , we have access to the greatest treasures ever imaginable x
